在正常使用过程中，若出现故障或者无法使用的情况，威储为客户提供免费换新服务。
在换新前，客户须保存好自己的数据，因各项原因导致损伤及损失，威储均不承担任何责任。

售后政策说明

三年报换或者数据总写入量超过一定数值，两条售后限制，其中只要有一条达到，则不在售后服务范围内。
以60GB硬盘为例，假如购买时间超过三年或者总写入量达到20TB，两种情况均视为售后结束。
